During the activity, the children will build a bug's hotel, a structure used as a shelter during the cold months.

This hands-on experience will help develop proper respect for nature and learn about the actions needed to protect our planet.

During the lecture we will learn about the importance of insects and their crucial role in ecosystems. We will then discuss the concepts of ecosystem providing examples, biodiversity and its impoverishment caused by human activities such as deforestation, intensive agriculture, fishing.
We will understand the basic roles of insects by deepening a concept already known to children: pollination. Finally, we will learn why it is important to support insect life in an urban environment, and we will make together, with the help of instructions and a demonstration video, the little house that the children will take home.

Progetto molto interessante, motivante e inclusivo, gestito da persone molto competenti e coinvolgenti.
Ogni aspetto del laboratorio è curato nel minimo dettaglio, dalla presentazione dei contenuti teorici alla realizzazione della locanda per gli insetti.
Attraverso questo lavoro bellissimo, realizzato esclusivamente con materiali naturali, sono veicolati concetti importanti (biodiversità, ecosistema, importanza degli impollinatori).

Gli esperti conducono i ragazzi alla scoperta della biodiversità, stimolandoli a farsi domande sul rispetto degli esseri viventi, sullo sfruttamento e tutela del Pianeta e sulla salvaguardia delle specie.
Laboratorio completo di parte teorica accattivante gestita attraverso la visione di filmati e discussione guidata e parte pratica molto stimolante e inclusiva rivolta al riutilizzo di materiali naturali per creare locande per insetti. I miei alunni hanno appreso molte nuove conoscenze anche attraverso l’aspetto ludico delle attività, entusiasti.
Il laboratorio è estremamente interessante, la prima parte teorica coinvolge bene i bambini e li stimola a ragionare e partecipare alla discussione. I contenuti trasmessi sono molto interessanti per gli alunni. L’attività laboratoriale di creazione di Hotel per Insetti ha coinvolto in modo molto efficace l’intera classe, permettendo ai bimbi di esprimere la propria creatività e di mettere in campo le conoscenze appena acquisite. Gli esperti conducono egregiamente ogni fase dell’attività. I miei alunni sono rimasti entusiasti e mi hanno già chiesto quando potranno ripetere esperienze simili!
